Photo 3 of 7, Foggy October Sunrise at Ledge Overlook
At the time of this photo the very low position of the rising sun was optimal for adding golden color to the fog. That's not surprising since fog is a cloud which touches the ground. My high perch served as the perfect ring side seat for this sunrise color show. All photos in this series were taken from the same off trail spot (on a narrow ledge on a cliff face) in the Daniel Boone National Forest, Kentucky. I saw no evidence of prior visitors. I call this place Ledge Overlook.
