This is the frozen version of Anglin Falls in the John B. Stephenson Memorial Forest State Nature Preserve in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. It's a nice hike over a well maintained trail to this 75 foot waterfall. It takes a lot of rainfall to get this one flowing good. Even then the water tends to disperse so much near the bottom that it often doesn't show up well in photographs. The -2 degree local weather took care of that problem for me on this day, and the low flow allowed the column to grow quickly.
