Sweet Confirmation
My friend, Christopher Morris, analyzed the LIDAR data for this area, and gave me the GPS coordinates to this "possible" waterfall. After I took a gnarly hike up an unnamed stream this view confirmed Chris's analysis, and made my day. This is Gnarly Falls in the Daniel Boone National Forest in Laurel County, Kentucky.
I startled a fox that was underneath the large rock shelter here. I would've enjoyed it's company, but it ran out into the rain in order to avoid human contact.
