Where Water Goes To Play

This is the upper level of Town Creek Falls in Wayne County, Kentucky. A partial view of this level can be seen in the background of the next two photos. By examining all three photos one can put together a mental picture that shows the large size and varied beauty of this connected series of waterfalls and cascades. You may have noticed that the very top of this waterfall looks unnaturally uniform. That's because it is a dam. There was a mill at this site, and some of it's foundation still exists.
